Add "1996-01-01" as latest date of withdrawal of conflicting national standards (dow). Delete the second sentence of the paragraph following the implementation dates and insert the following paragraph: For products which have complied with EN 60598-1:1989 + A11:1994 before 1996-01-01 as shown by the manufacturer or by a certification body, this previous standard may continue to apply for production until 2001-01-01.
