scope:
NEN 5754 describes a method for the determination of the content of organic matter in soil and watersoils according to method of loss-on-ignition. Loss-on-ignition gives after correction of moisture a valuation of the content of organic matter. This standard is applicable for all kinds of soil and soil lots being building materials treated according to NEN-EN 16179 and sediments pretreated accordng to NEN 5719.
