Water - Determination of the content of six Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) by thin-layer chromatography
inactive, Most Current
| Organization: | NEN |
| Publication Date: | 1 December 1982 |
| Status: | inactive |
| Page Count: | 12 |
| ICS Code (Examination of water for chemical substances): | 13.060.50 |
scope:
The method describes the qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of six polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in unfiltered water samples such as surface water, rainwater and ground water. The method is suitable for a PAH-content of 10 to 1000 ng/l for each individual component. The extracts applies to the thin-layer plate may, however, contain no more than a total of 2µ g of PAH.
