Provides guidelines to product committees on requirements for Functional Safety of products intended to be integrated in a home control system, as defined in IEC Guide 110. In this report, home control systems are referred to as hcs. The guidelines also apply to any similar equipment having home and/or building control functions. Any reference in the document to hcs shall be considered to include such similar equipment.
