This part of ISO 22745 specifies a specialization of ISO/TS 29002-6 that is a conceptual information model and a exchange file format for OTDs. The conceptual model is in Unified Modeling Language (UML). The physical file format is based on Extensible Markup Language (XML). The following are within the scope of this part of ISO 22745: - specification of a conceptual model for OTDs; - specification of the serialization of specific elements within an OTD for the purpose of exchanging them via web services. The following are outside the scope of this part of ISO 22745: - specification of a conceptual model and exchange format for identification guides; - specification of a conceptual model and exchange format for master data; - exchange format for a complete OTD.
