scope:
Specifies a method for the determination of ethanol in fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates. It is also applicable to vegetable juices, a wide range of sugar composite goods and other foodstuffs containing ethanol up to a concentration of ethanol of 20ml/kg but not more than 100 ml/kg provided that an appropriate dilution is made to the sample distillate.
