This Part 2 shall be used in conjunction with Part 1 (IEC publication 315-1) and, if applicable, in conjunction with Publications covering other measurements to be carried out on the particular type of receiver under test. It describes methods of measurement for assessing the properties of the audiofrequency part of various types of radio receivers, including particularly those for broadcast transmission, but excluding those dealt with in other Publications in this series. The measurement describes in Part 2 do not necessarily represent the audio-frequency properties of a complete radio receiver.
