scope:
Specifies performance criteria for normal and emergency steering modes for agricultural wheeled tractors having at least two axles fitted with pneumatic tyres; it does not apply to track-type or skid-steered agricultural tractors. The requirements in this standard do not imply that additional devices are mandatoy if the tractor energy source fails. However, if the tractor is equipped with these devices, then the requirements are mandatory.
