scope:
NPR 9998 gives practical methods and calculation methods to improve the robustness against actions from earthquakes for buildings for the induced earthquakes in the province of Groningen. It can be used for construction, reconstruction and disapproval. The TS is based upon Eurocode 8 (EN 1998).
