This standard gives the requirements set to the construction, the measurement, the testing and the marking of single-walled aluminium pipes and fittings for gas vents. These are intended for the discharge of combustion gases of gas-powered devices. The pipes and fittings may together form an exhaust system. The exhaust system is not an architectural part of a building. The combustion gases should have a temperature lower than 250 ° C.
