This Netherlands Technical Agreement (NTA) relates to the quality assurance of recovered fuels that can be incinerated additionally or co-incinerated in plants for recovery. This NTA is in the first instance aimed at producers and suppliers of recovered fuels but can also be used for buyers of recovered fuels, authorities, inspection bodies and laboratories. It describes the way in which the quality determination of recoverd fuels can be assured. This NTA only applies to solid recovered fuels and does not apply to liquid biomass, liquid recovered fuels and solid or liquid monostreams of pure biomass.
