PURPOSE
The purpose of this Marshall Work Instruction (MWI) is to describe the MSFC general approach for monitoring contractor management and control of their industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental programs, and ensuring their compliance with MSFC Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) core program requirements.
APPLICABILITY
This MWI is applicable when work is performed completely or partly onsite or offsite on premises owned or controlled by MSFC.
