The present document "Configuration management" is part 5 of EN 13290 Space project management - General requirements. The purpose of this space standard is to define the principles and requirements that shall be respected with regard to the management of the configuration of products within a space project. This management standard defines all the rules for a proper configuration management. The requirements specified herein apply to, and affect the supplier and customer at all levels, when the capability to design and supply conforming product needs to be demonstrated.
