This Recommendation relates to connectors intended to mate with the connectors incorporated in or on the batteries according to IEC Publication 86-3. This Recommendation comprises requirements for: a) Plug-in pin connectors. The dimensions of the pins and their spacings are given. b) Snap-fastener connectors. For the non-resilient part (stud) the dimensions are specified, for the resilient part (socket) the requirements to be met are given.
