scope:
This standard establishes the requirements for Supplementary Control Points (SCP) provided to enable the operating staff to shut down the ractor and maintain the plant in a safe shut-down condition when the main control room is no longer available. This standard covers the functional selection, design and organization of the man/machine interface. It also establishes requirements for procedures which systematically verify and validate the functional design of SCP.
