The purpose of this Guidebook is to outline the steps that contract specialist/ SAP buyers/ contracting officers will take in closing purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and contract. This procedure also provides for uniforms steps to be followed in reporting contract closeout status. This procedure applies to micro-purchase only if issued as a purchase order instead of by Government credit card.
