scope:
Specifies methods of test to determine the moisture content, density and the bending strength and stiffness characteristics of solid wooden poles for overhead transmission and telecommunication lines. It is applicable to both hardwood and softwood poles. This standard is only for single poles under cantilever or compression loading.
