scope:
This part of the standard specifies the characteristics of pipes made from glass-reinforced thermosetting plastic pipes (GRP) based on polyester resin (UP) with or without a thermoplastic liner intended to be used in the field of non-pressure drainage and sewerage. It also specifies the test parameters for the test methods referred to in this standard. It applies to pipes of nominal sizes from DN 100 to DN 3000, intended to be used for the conveyance of surface water or sewerage above and below ground, at temperature up to 45°C.
