Specifies a test method (phase 2/step 1) and requirements for the basic bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectant and antiseptic products intended to be used in water treatment against Legionella pneumophila. The test method applies both to products which have a fast bactericidal action as well as those having a slower bactericidal action.
