This Standard specifies a method for testing the resistance to displacement or damage of an elastomeric seal when a pipe spigot and pipe or fitting socket are assembled whilst subject to angular deviation. The method is particularly intended for pipes and fittings used for buried non-pressure application for outside diameters in the range 110 mm to 200 mm.
