This harmonization document applies to unsheeted anchored prefabricated service and working scaffolds for facades. The requirements described are intended to ensure that scaffolds complying with this harmonization document are capable of being erected to a height of 30 m (measured from ground level to the highest platform) under specified loading conditions.
