This standard describes a gaschromatographic method for the determination of the monomeric diisocyanates content, such as toluene diisocyanates, hexamethylene diisocyanates and isophoron diisocyanates, in isocyanate resins and their solutions for use in paints. The method is applicable to contents of 0.1 to 4% of monomere diisocyanates.
