scope:
This module applies to operational and station managers who manage safety critical and non-safety critical employees.
PURPOSE
Operational managers in the Routes are required to regularly participate in the self-assurance process with responsibilities and requirements as described within the Health and Safety Management System. Self-assurance requires identified managers to assess their compliance against company standards and controls or develop action plans to address all deficiencies identified as a result of the self-assurance activity.
