Purpose
The purpose of this document is to help you and your colleagues rationalise the documents in your shared network drives. Such work can be both tedious and timeconsuming, but it is crucial if we are to save time and minimise frustration in the future. It will also help us to comply with legislation such as the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and General Data Protection Regulation.
