Organization: NPFC
Publication Date: 17 July 1986
Status: active
Page Count: 46
scope:

This specification covers the detail requirements for a monolithic, silicon, TTL compatible four-bit microprocessor slice (see 6.7). Two product assurance classes and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided and are reflected in the complete part number.

The part number shall be in accordance with MIL-M-38510, with the exception that the "JAN" or "J" certification shall not be used.

The device type shall be as follows:

Device type Circuit 01 Four-bit microprocessor slice

The device class shall be the product assurance level as defined in MIL-M-38510.

The case outline shall be designated as follows:

Outline letter Case outline (see MIL-M-38510, appendix C) Q D-5 (40-lead 0.6" × 2.06"), dual-in-line package Z See figure 1 (42-lead 0.62" × 1.06"), flat package
