scope:
PURPOSE.
The purpose of this Instruction is to provide information and guidance concerning the availability of educational services support to Coast Guard families from the USDA Extension Service. The information will be of primary benefit to Coast Guard Family Support Programs users but will be of interest to all Coast Guard members. DoD members now receive these services under an agreement similar to reference (a).
