PURPOSE.
This notice provides guidance for principal operations inspectors (POIs) regarding the revision to operations specification (OpSpec) paragraph C052-Basic Instrument Approach Procedure Authorizations-All Airports. This notice is applicable to all operators conducting operations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 91 subpart K, 121, 135, and 125 (including those operators conducting operations under a part 125 Letter of Deviation Authority (LODA)).
