The contents of this Instruction apply to Regular and Reserve enlisted personnel of the United States Coast Guard. Inquiries concerning officer separation pay shall be referred to Commandant (G-PO).
PURPOSE. This Instruction establishes policy, procedures, and responsibilities for determining eligibility for separation pay for Regular and Reserve enlisted members who are involuntarily separated from active duty.
