scope:
PURPOSE. This instruction prescribes policies and guidance for implementation of the recommendations set forth by the Aviation Enlisted Workforce Structure Study. The provisions of this instruction apply to all personnel in the aviation ratings as well as other stakeholders in the aviation workforce. Primary users of this instruction are Commandant (G-OCA), (G-SEA),(G-SRF), (G-WPM), (G-WR), (G-WR-2), (G-WTT), Coast Guard Personnel Command, Aviation Technical Training Center and Coast Guard aviation units.
