PURPOSE.
This letter promulgates the new issue of the Aviation Life Support Systems Manual, COMDTINST M13520.1B. The Manual prescribes policy, guidance and technical information related to the configuration, inspection and maintenance of all Coast Guard aviation life support equipment.
