PURPOSE.

This Manual addresses comprehensive programmatic policies, procedures, and standards for the administration of Coast Guard Real Property Assets. It is designed and intended as a guide for Real Property managers and staff at Civil Engineering Units, Maintenance & Logistics Commands (MLC), and Area Commands as well as their servicing legal staff. This however, does not preclude its use by field units in the preparation of real property or planning documents. As such, questions and requests for clarification on information addressed herein should be forwarded to the servicing real property staff.
