This specification sets forth the general requirements of an assembled armory vault system for outdoor use. A vault as covered by this specification is a six sided structure providing a minimum of 15 minutes of protection against a multilevel tool attack. The system includes panels, attachment and connecting devices necessary for assembly of a vault. The specification defines the procedures to be used to determine the resistance of the vault to a limited forced entry attack.
intended Use:
Vault systems furnished under this specification are assembled complete vaults for use outdoors for storage of weapons, or as prescribed by the using activity.
