PURPOSE. This Manual describes how the 49' Buoy Utility Stern Loading (BUSL) boat will be logistically supported during its operational lifetime and is intended for use by all units employing 49' BUSLs as well as support activities responsible for maintaining the operational readiness of the platform. Logistics support responsibilities and related support policy are promulgated in this Manual.
