To ensure the effective use and reuse of terminological data, an assessment process is necessary. This
International Standard describes fundamental concepts and provides general principles for a model that is applicable to a variety of terminological resources for the purpose of assessment. Usability attributes that constitute the model are clarified. It also provides guideline for the global assessment of the terminological data within terminological resources taking into account the user's objectives.
