This instruction applies to all NAVSEA civilian, military, and contractor personnel using telecommunications equipment, services, and facilities while conducting official Government business.
Purpose. To establish policy and procedures to ensure the effective, economical, efficient use, and management of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) telecommunications equipment, services, and facilities in accordance with references (a) through (h).
