Abstract
This supplement to American National Standard for Telecommunications T1.261-1998 (R2004), Security for TMN Management Transactions over the TMN Q3 Interface, provides an extension of this document to incorporate new requirements to improve cryptographic protection. The following changes should be made to T1.261:
? Replace clause 4 with the text in this supplement;
? Replace clause 8 with the text in this supplement; and
? Add Annex B with the text in this supplement
