Foreword

This draft amendment to ETS 300 065 (1992) has been produced by the Electromagnetic compatibility and Radio spectrum Matters (ERM0 Technical Committee of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), and is now submitted for the Public Enquiry phase of the ETSI standards approval procedure.

ETS 300 065, as amended by this draft amendment, together with EN 301 011 is intended to become a Harmonized Standard, the reference of which will be published in the Official Jounal of th eEuropean Communities referencing the Counicl Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility ("the EMC Directive") (89/336/EEC as amended).
