Purpose
To provide information and to issue procedures concerning the agreements between the Governments of the United States and the Russian Federation (also referred to as "Russia") on the prevention of Incidents at Sea (INCSEAs) and the prevention of Dangerous Military Activities (DMAs) (references (a) and (b), respectively) .
To issue the Table of Supplementary Signals authorized for use during communications between the United States and the Russian Federation units under reference (a).
