DS 2210

Water analysis - Determination of metals in water, sludge, and sediment determined by flameless atomic absorption spectrometry - Electrothermal atomization in graphite furnace - General principles and guidelines

inactive, Most Current
Organization: DS
Publication Date: 11 September 1990
Status: inactive
Page Count: 12
ICS Code (Liquid wastes. Sludge): 13.030.20
ICS Code (Examination of water for chemical substances): 13.060.50
scope:

The standard describes the general principles and guidelines for determination of metals in sludge and sediments by means of flameless atomic absorption spectrometry and electrothermal atomization in a graphite furnace. For water samples this standard gives guidelines for determination of both water - and acid soluble metals, while for samples of sludge and sediments only guidelines for acid soluble metal determination are stated. This standard is only applicable to samples.
