Introduction
The Infrastructure Protection - Licence to temporarily occupy LU land, supports standard G-025 Infrastructure Protection.
This document sets out the agreed scope, conditions applying to the works and the required free payable by the Outside Party to LU. This licence shall be issued by the LU Infrastructure Protection Manager in all cases where an outside party is granted temporary occupation of LU land to carry out its own work. It is not to be used where long term, permanent or commercial rights are granted.
