Purpose
Consistent with reference (a),(b), and (c), this NAVFAC Technical Authority Board (TAB) procedure defines:
• How the TAB will engage COMNAVFAC, including interfacing with the Technical Warrant Holders (TWHs);
• The procedure for determining the specific technical areas to be warranted;
• The qualification, selection and appointment procedure for TWHs;
• The procedure for determining who is acting in the absence of the TWH.
