PURPOSE
This Kennedy Technical Instruction (KTI) identifies materials that have been tested for compatibility in liquid oxygen (LOX) and liquid air systems, gaseous oxygen (GOX) systems, and pressurized air systems. Pressurized air systems covered are limited to systems using breathing air gas mixtures at pressures greater than 100 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) and compressed air systems operating at greater than 350 psig.
