AIM

The aim of this agreement is to standardize the definition and documentation of the design threat, protection level and residual risk of protective structures, to ensure that: \

a. Nations have a common planning guide for designing, developing and testing protective structures and equipment;

b. Commanders in the field can communicate effectively with engineers and experts to establish adequate measures for force protection;

c. The protection level of a military camp is described and documented in a uniform and accessible manner whenever a camp is handed over to a another nation;
