PURPOSE.
This Manual prescribes policies and standards for the administration of the Vessel Safety Check Program (VSCP). It is intended for use by members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, the United States Power Squadrons, and other authorized organizations, who desire to become qualified and serve as Vessel Examiners.
