The Connect New Radio System is designed that OPO (T) alarms are functional, irrespective of the area of control in which the train is located, and these will be routed to the appropriate controller for that area.
With the introduction of Connect radio, the OPO alarm will now be available on the Uxbridge branch of the Piccadilly line, between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge, with alarm calls being routed to the Metropolitan controller at Baker Street.
