scope:
This Standard specifies the machine operation functional information to be presented by the visual displays of earth-moving machinery to an operator. It is applicable to earth-moving machinery as defined in JIS A 8308.
NOTE 1 In the case of driving on a public road, requirements of road traffic laws and regulations take precedence.
NOTE 2 The International Standard corresponding to this Standard is as follows.
ISO 6011:2003 Earth-moving machinery-Visual display if machine operation (IDT)
In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/IEC Guide 21.
