This engineering specification sets forth the requirements for design, fabrication, factory testing, installation and field validation of solid state non-rotary uninterruptible power (UP) systems which will be installed and operated in the Federal Aviation Administration Air Route Traffic Control Centers specified in the contract schedule. The UPS shall supply continuous power of precise quality to the critical load.
