What this book is for

This book provides a general overview of possessions and outlines the responsibilities and accountabilities of the different activities involved in planning and managing a possession safely.

This book does not attempt to describe the different types of possessions as this is covered in the 'Access Code' or what a closure is, as this is covered in the PPP Contract. This book has been written to cover the arrangements for a typical weekend-type possession with one or more worksites.
