This notice applies to all NAVAIR sites, Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters, Naval Air Warfare Centers, and the Naval Aviation Program Executive Officers (PEOs): Program Executive Officer for Joint Stricke Fighter (PEO(JSF)), Program Executive Officer for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault and Special Mission (PEO(A)), and the PROGRAM Executive Offcer for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO(U&W).
Purpose.
To ensure proper emphasis is placed on the competitive process within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
