Purpose of this Document
The purpose of this document is to present a standard methodology for measuring and calculating availability and degradation for IFE systems. The focus is to establish a standard method of evaluating IFE failure information and converting it into a quantitative measurement of the quality of service provided by the IFE system to the passenger.
